back 02.07 i bought extend warranty over the phone with Mr. JOE MUNSON then 0n 07.08 i left my truck in shop to be repair, i told them to call the warranty, then came look the truck, they told me something wrong in the contract and they will cancel it, Mr Curtis B.S(cons.servs. supervisor) told me they refund my money within 30day, so i called them to get some updata on the refund.
for my surprise all phone lines was on answer machine, so i left 8 messanges, no word from them, so i called again now all the lines is OFF. so I'M REALLY CONCERN because i called KANSAS ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE and they told me that is lot lot of complaint about this companys.
