Certified Mailing Equipment Experts, Inc Marshall Goldberg Envelope printer bought and paid for BUT Certified Mailing Experts NEVER shipped $7250.00 Englewood New Jersey

I was shopping for an envelope printer on Craigslist and inquired about one listed by Certified Mailing Equipments Experts and Marshall Goldberg.

Marshall was very friendly and sold me a $7250.00 envelope printer.  I sent Marshall a $2250.00 check right away as a deposit in order to hold the equipment.  The balance was paid about 1 week later.  The mail process due to a holiday was not speedy so Marshall was in contact with me every single day letting me know that the check did not arrive.  Finally after about a week I Federal Expressed overnight another check to him for the balance of $5,000. 

I heard from Marshall every single day for two weeks until both checks were in his hands and cashed.

Once the monies were received contact was rare unless I initiated it.  He promised to ship the printer right away, Every few days I would let him know that I haven't received the printer.  After about 1 week he told me about personal problems involving the law that were keeping him from sending the printer.  This went on for three weeks.  Finally he stopped returning text messages and answering my phone calls.

I filed a report with my local police department, Marshall did not answer or return their calls.

I filed a report with the BBB, Marshall did not respond to the report.
