I know there are plenty of people that this company has ripped off, so here's the short version.
Signed a contract with this company for installation of solar panels, and paid up front.
Everything was good to go, with approval from the OPA (more than once). Panels were never installed, got nothing but excuses.
FInally, they informed us that they would not install the panels, and would be issuing a refund. Followed by stall tactics, and no money.
Alone, it seems we are powerless to do anything. Together, we may be able to get somewhere. I have started a Facebook Group for all the victims of Certified Solar. Please search for it and join us!
