Certmagic.com Certmagic Fraudulant Sales-Company Sells products they do not have  Internet

I purchased testing material from Certmagic.com, when I went to download the material it would not let me, I had to go through two different people to learn they did not have the material.  I was told, 1 day, then I was told 2 days and when I insisted on my money back I received some random email that had nothing to do with my request.  Stay away from this company, it looks like they have the information when you go onto their website but once you have paid you will find out they are a fraud and are well versed in stealing and unethical behavior.  No one gives me extra time to take a test but they don't seem concerned with that, they just want to keep money and say, "screw the customer".

I am going to call the consumer fraud agency and am also going to request my cc company take legal action to obtain my refund.  Very, Very unethical, fraudulent company!
