 Lake County, Illinois Beware- You've been warned! Can't believe how State Farm corporate gave this sleazy guy a contract to be an agent. He is a liar, forces customers to open multiple policies and lies to them. He does not follow protocol as a responsible insurance producer and I am definitely filling a complaint with the adept of Illinois Insurance. He constantly delays customer's premiums payments to be deposited, misuses premium fund accounts for his own pleasure. His office staff is horrendous, uneducated and disrespectful to customers, especially Hispanics. They take advantage of the Latino population to rob them just to increase their numbers. The worst thing is that he is not the only one in Lake county that is as corrupt as he is... To name a few, Alejandro Pizarro from Round Lake, IL is another agent that's all wrapped up into the making application numbers whether it benefits customers or not. Neither of them have the customer's interest in mind. Not only they mistreat the customers that end up signing with them, but their staff is uneducated and have no legal rights to working in the United States. How you can State Farm Insurance Company let these types of irresponsible men continue to be agents representing such a respectful company and misuse consumer's personal information? All I can say is " Shame on State Farm". I can only hope that becoming an agent be a more stricter process and better check and balances.
