They took $284.90 out of my sisters bank account after being notified two weeks before and having this cancelled. they called my sister which is not mentally able to give permission for this large a withdrawel. I called them and explained the situation and they said fine it was cancelled on the phone that day feb 6 cause the money was to be taken out on the 16. However when i got my sisters bank statement there it was taken out on the 20th of Feb.
So i called them back and the said i would have to fax a copy of her bank statement to a man named Arne and gave me a fax# so i did this and the money would be put back in 10-15 days that was 3-30-04 and i still haven't gotten my sisters money back and now they won't answer the phone and the fax# does not work either.
