CFD Stocks Firstly, I deposited $250 to start trading with CFD stocks. The sooner I came in contact with Dan, my Account Manager, I have been trying to withdraw my investment from the company because I suspected that Dan was more interested in me making more deposits. He knew I was a novice on their trading platform and needed guidance from him. I mentioned that to him the first time we spoke. He told me that he would help me.  London Internet

CDF Stocks has refused to allow me to withdraw my own money of $220 from an initial investment of $250.

I intially made an investment of $250. Due to the help of my Account Manager, Dan, we invested $150 on a "long term" investment and made a profit of $108 dollars after about 1 month. However, during the course of waiting I was trying to learn how to do trading myself, I lost about $80. I then stopped trading because I the account has been low. However from the profits I made from the investment of $150, my account is not showing $277.78.

The main problem I have with the trading relationship and hence I am asking for my money of $220 is this: To gain my trust my Account Maanger refunded an amount of $50, we lost on an "intraday" trade. He did not tell me that this amount was a "bonus" that will prevent me from making a withdrawal when I will need my money. This happened even before I traded on my own and lost the $80 I stated earlier. It was only when I wanted to make a withdrawal that the support desk informed me firstly, that I could not make a withdrawal until after a month of investment, stated in the terms and conditions. It was only then I realised that the FAQs on the site that I read, did not give details about wthdrawals. Secondly, having read the terms and conditions later on I realised that my Account Manager, has not been honest with me.

I have sent several emails explaining the way I was treated by Dan, but no one replied to me to tell me that I would be assisted by someone else or tried to mediate between my Dan and myself. In addition, they have cancelled all my withdraw requests and said I must continue trading until I make $1700 turnover before I can make any withdrawal because of the $50 that was added to my account.

The withdrawal request of $220 does not include the $50 "bonus" they said they have given to me. Therefore, I simply want my own money back. I do not want to continue trading with CFD Stocks anymore. In fact, if Dan has said he would not work on a small account like mine, how would I make the $1700 profit they are asking for? I see this as a plan to rip me off because clearly I have communcated to them that I cannot work with an account manager that appeared to be deceitful.

Finally, I informed the company, CFD Stocks that if they do not respond to me by today, 12/10/2017, I will file a report against them. As I write this report, no one has contacted me.

Thank you.
