CG Cosmetics Miami They haven’t sent back my refund. The coordinator charged me $10K and the procedure is $3500 only

I had my procedure last May 17 and it cost $3500. My coordinator charged my card $10,000 because initially I wanted more procedure. When I told her that I only want one procedure, she told me don’t worry you will get the difference 2 months after your procedure.

Until now I haven’t gotten any reply to multiple emails that i have sent to the company and I even sent a review on a yelp wherein the manager (Vivian) told me that she will let the person in charge know. Until now, nothing. I’m almost done paying for the procedure cost and they haven’t given back the amount to the credit card company.

I’m so livid because I have wasted a lot of time sending email and not getting any reply except for a couple of times that the person in charge (Lidia) told me that she is waiting to hear back from accounting!
