CGL Leads Ryan Carlock owner Lead company Fraud Compliance issues auto dialers resold leads Internet

I used CGL Leads for what I thought was a legit calling campaign and I was defrauded! They use an auto dialer and cost me compliance issues as well as customers. The leads I purchased were junk at best, old, disconnected numbers and deceased individuals. When I called them on this they made one excuse after another and avoided giving me a refund. I had to chargeback my card to get them to speak with me and get my refund. 

The owner was unconcerned with the garbage they were selling or that I had been lied to. Steer clear of these guys they will sell you a great pitch but never deliver and if they do it will be lies. Good luck getting your money back or a replacement ! This is literally the most fraudlent lead company I have ever dealt with. They buy this data and resell multiple times, don;t replace leads and dismiss you when you have a service issue. They are using a computer system to auto dial a list of names and using the agency number to mask the call creating a lot of angry inbound traffic to my office yelling about a robot calling and being called many times and hung up on.

Absolute garbage! Do not do business with CGL Leads!
