They take Investors money, they promise to Invest in a event or production. We waited 3 months and they kept giving us the run around with no answers. They even asked us for more money so they can continue making the prodiction. which we foolishly did.

After 4 months we started calling the vendors he said he needed to put down deposits at, we found out that not one vendor ever recieved any mony from Ray and Jay and that they kept the money all to themslevs all this time.

When we confronted them they start denying it and then disappear and blocked all communication, they ignor our Phone, Email, Text.

Stay away from Ray Peralta and Jay Dazh they dont have any experience in production and they will take your money. We are posting this report as a service to the nation. Be carefull out there we learned the hard way from these two people.
