CHAD MCCARTER AUCTION CENTER REALLY DON'T CARE AFTER IT LEAVES OUR OFFICE UNRELIABALE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNACCOUNTABLE, LIAR Sevierville Tennessee

Chad McCarter Auctions sent me a package with my four winning items.  The package was not shipped well because there were 3 pictures only separated by styrafoam boards. The nicest picture came with broken glass.  I called and spoke to Andrew who told me, "I don't know", "That's the way they told me we do it", "We don't do anything after the box leaves our office".  "You have to put in a claim if something is broken".  Called Robert at AuctionZip who was just as useless; although he ackowledged that Chad McCarter Auctions is the only auction house that does not take responsibility for shipments and broken auction items.  Robert also stated that Andrew "was willing to work with me, but she got loud".  Andrew is a liar.  If Andrew would have worked with me, I would not be going through all of this red tape now Robert.  Thanks for nothing AuctionZip.  Guess I'm stuck with a broken picture now.  I will never go to this auction again.  The only good reviews they get are from people who physically attend his auction and carry home their merchandise themselves.  A very disgusting and unorthodox auction house.
