Start off,this guy, chad chastain,prosise, scammed me. He was selling of off bmx-forum.com. I payed him for some lot of parts through paypal. I never got the parts he sent me a box full of junk. I contacted paypal but they dont support buying outside of ebay.
I contacted him numerous times and he used to claim that usps lost it ( he tells everyone this ). He said he will try to send me my money back. After ignoring me for a while he tells me and everyone that i receivced my parts. I listed what we agreed on in the paypal comments, never got that stuff. He was, is involved in a lot of scamming online.
A simple google search on his address leads to some on here, lots of off bmx forums, and a couple from remote controlled car forums.

He goes by bmxrace on there, but was banned, so he came back as AMERICAN1234 trying to scam more people, banned again now he is bmx4life92.
