On February 15,2016 we call the tow truck company through our insurance company to tow our 2013 Chevy Sonic to Champion Chevrolet because the oil is leaking, when we got there we talk to the name Jay Futano I believe that's his last name,so he told us they're gonna look what's wrong, the next day he call back they found the problem,so we agree for them to fix our car, almost two weeks later on Friday February 26,he call saying they already fix and we have to pay 2,782.05 so we agree,my daughter drive the car home because I have to go to work that morning,so she just drive the car park it at home because she already have a rental to use,on Saturday my wife was using the Sonic to go to the store and realize that the gear changer is stuck when you press to change gears, she has to use something to pull back the gear changer because it stuck,so on Monday we took the car back in to explain them what happened and he (Jay Futano) try to use his knife to fix and he said that he's gonna order the part and then call us back, weeks goes by so my wife keeps calling him and no answer, keeps leaving messages and she has to call the customer service to try to get ahold of him, finally he call back and told my wife that the part is gonna be there the next day then he will call her back, like for real no call at all, weeks turns to months and still no call, for him to not call us that's so sad how he treat working people with no money, that's rip off,we pay $2,782.05 and that's how they treat us,the other thing when we took the car back to show him what's wrong,he told us maybe the tow truck driver that one that tow our car to them broke the gear changer, like for real, you're so lying to our face, our insurance recommend us to take our car there and see how they treat customers, We are never gonna take any of our car there and definitely not recommending to our family and friends,Now our car gear changer is still not fix because we have to save up to go to another mechanics to fix,I don't know why other people write good reviews about them and see how they treat customers,So rip off,Jay Futano I hope that someday you will feel how we feel when you treat us like dirt, because that's how we feel, paying almost $2,800.00 for a car that's not even fully fixed.
