Champion Movers moved our approx. 3,000sf house roughly 20 miles across Las Vegas. Both our old and new homes are single story. We have used Champion Movers before and have referred them to plenty of friends, relatives, and customres of ours. We had 4 guys and 2 trucks.

To start the guys hustled throughout the day and didn't overdo any breaks. Unfortunatly, so much of our furniture was completely ruined or damaged to a high degree. We were told that they had a wood repair guy that would come right out and fix all of the chips and chunks out of 6 pieces of furniture and we have yet to hear anything about that. Our office desks were completely broken and a 50" Panasonic Plasma was smashed and shattered. We paid them in full and were prepared to handle everything with with the office the following Monday. Nobody in the office really cares and they make you go through a confusing process with a third party insurance company. I am completly disappointed with Champion Movers and will not refer them or use them in the future. For the smount I paid I expect quality and for the company to stand behind their service, unfortunately they have provided neither.

Now over 60 days, and bad reviews listed, I received a called from Champion Movers asking me to take down the bad review. Stating that the problems are with the third party company and not them, but it is their third party company. A few days after I received this call I received my "settlement" and they want to pay me only $40 for a televesion that is (current market value) of over $500. My many damaged pieces of wood furniture and my desk they broke (valved at over $3,000) they offered me less than $100! 

I have disputed the claim and refused their offer and have yet to hear anything once again. I will be taking them to small claims court if nessesary.
