Please do not move into these apartments. The people in the office are shady, they will charge you whatever they feel like, especially if you have any kind of credit on your account. They make up charges so that you can't claim a credit (even if it's less than $10, pathetic). Instead of fixing our heater that had frozen pipes, they stuck a bucket under to catch the water from the drain. What?? And they don't treat their residents the same. If they like you, you're gold. If they don't like you, you're up s*** creek. They claim to treat every resident equally but I proved to the manager herself that they don't. Plus their apartments are waaaaaaaay overpriced. Save yourself a huge headache and move somewhere else. You'll regret it if you move to Champions Park. I can't wait until my lease is up!

This is totally true. I've lived here for over a year (unfortunately) and the managment is horrible. HORRIBLE!!!! I lived here before when they were managed by Archstone and they were so much better. Greystar hires the most awful people. Our heater pipes froze last winter and started leaking. They fixed it by putting a bucket under the leak. I'm not kidding. The manager and office employees have lied to my face and can be so dumb. My mailbox key wasn't working one day, the lady I talked to said she'd put in a service request. But I want my mail........she had no idea how to answer that. I had a small credit on my account one month (I overpaid somehow)......it was somehow applied to a parking space fee saying I stored something in their back parking lot. I don't have anything to store (they meant a trailer or similar). Never got that credit back.
This place is a complete joke. They claim the apartments are upgraded, they aren't. They are not luxury apartments (crown molding does not make a luxury apartment). The apartments are falling apart and their manager is more interested in planting trees rather then making sure laminate isn't peeling in the kitchen.
Don't ever move here, you'll regret it and be very unhappy.
