Ebay Seller Champs Club  ebay.com/usr/champs_club?_trksid=p2047675.l2559  sellers of automobile aftermarket items wasted my time and stole my money by sending me a bunch of inferior and mismatched parts that were supposed to fit my vehicle.  They refused to admit their error and give any resolution.  Instead they talked about a warranty that lasted only 30 or 60 days that had no relevance to shipping me incorrect and mismatched parts ordered for my specific vehicle. 

Ebay has a policy and offers some so called crap guarantee that lasts 30 days.  I had wasted many hours only to find out parts didn't fit because the seller boxed and sent incorrect parts.  Worse still, some parts fit and some didn't, a mismatched kit which made it harder to sort out.  To make matters worse they didn't include any parts list or adequate instructions.  Instead they sent a tiny paper with some sort of notations on it, even the information on that was vague and unclear. 

After explaining in detail the issue, even giving part numbers I read off of items, they could care less.  They knew they were in the free and clear after their initial and ridicules so called warranty time.  Ebay stood right behind them and basically told me too bad, tough luck sucker.  And that was after a difficult and lengthy process to open a claim.  They also blew that off in short order.  I wasn’t even able to leave feedback on the seller and my purchase experience, another policy favoring crap sellers.  Now it seems Champs_Club got away with ripping me off.
