I have no idea how they got my resume. I asked several times and all they could tell me was that Chandler Hill does many types of marketing. I even asked what date they received my information, which they would only give me a "last week" answer. I remember filling out information on a major web job posting board, to which I thought was an actual job, and nowhere mentioned Chandler Hill Partners!

They gave me the "your being proactive" spill by coming to them for help, the reality of it is that they actually called me. I feel they really took advantage of my being laid off and needing to find a better job than I currently have. I was told they had a lot of connections with companies in the Atlanta area and by paying them one month's income I would have access to these contacts. Well the contacts consist of looking up company phone numbers in the yellow pages or using a popular database that list public information about companies, hence they have no real personal contacts as they have you believe.

Well guess what, it has been a little over three months and I have yet to have an interview. I have spent a lot of time doing their stupid assignments, which are put in a folder and never get looked at again! It has been a big waste of time and money. I just wish I had found this site 3 months ago!

Luckily for me, I finally saw the big picture! I have not paid them the 2nd and 3rd payments and do not plan on it either. I wish there was some way to get my $2500 back, but at this point I am cutting my losses. The one thing that worries me is I don't remember if I gave them my SS# allowing them to hurt my credit.
