Underwriters can work in my client's office or remote from their own home a= nywhere in the United States.  I am looking for those with conforming exper= ience and those with their DE and those with their LAPP .... candidates do = NOT need to have all.  Any one will do.

        My client's offices are in Phoenix, San Ramon, CA, San Diego, CA an= d Dallas.  Base salary depends on experience level of the candidate, of cou= rse and not all are at the high end of the spectrum.   Conforming U/W's is =

My attrorneys are adding the slanderous comments by Stephen R DeMarie, VP Strategic Capital Consulting Co, LLC, and he will have to answer to the courts and the AZ Attorney General.  Continued responses will only add to the charges.

As any reader can see, the piety remarks this person directed at me, are quit silly and make me laugh! He is guilty-of a Class 2 Misdemeanor by his deceptive practices his offensive language and by his deception in business.

Should he file a bogus claim with the attorney general of this state of which me or my company are in no way out of compliance I will gladly not only see he is convicted of the class 2 misdemeanor criminally, but i will then have the ability to sue him for civil damages.

I have asked him no less than 5 times over the past six months to cease and desist communication with me, yet he still continues to harass, email and at one point call me to which i had to block his number. 

I wish he would stop bothering me, making false solicitations and cease his deceptive business practices. Further, the company I own he has mentioned here? Does not even come into play in his silly rebuttal should not be mentioned here nor should it be listed on this site and I am requesting it be removed from here.

The person who filed the report has sent e-mails to me with the most fowl language that you can imagine.  He had originally asked to connect with me on LinkedIn and, in retrospect, I should have declined.  Had I known of his lack of professionalism I would not have ever accepted.  His statements are 100% disingenuous, and, I suspect, so is his business.

BEWARE of anything Stephen R. De Marie, Buckeye, AZ, or Strategic Capital Consultants, LLC, his  failing company ever posts.  If you won't do business with them they will try to destroy your business. 

My attorneys are filing charges against him, and a complaint has been filed with Arizona AG, Tom Horn.
