CHANGED MINISTRY Manufactured Home Repair Company SCAMMING people in DFW Texas; Targeting Mobile Home Owners BEWARE!!! Lubbock, Texas

If you own a mobile home then you know how hard it can be to find a reputable company to provide routine maintenance like leveling, upgrades and repairs.  CHANGED MINISTRY solicits their business from a physical address in Lubbock, TX that specializes in Manufactured Home repair, but my family was contacted in Fort Worth, TX by a man named Paul Shepherd.  They call home owners in mobile home communities and offer a VERY unbeatable offer for their leveling services.

After Paul's workman leveled my family's home, he then offered to repair some problems with leaks in a bathroom and replace the floor, walls and other bathroom fixtures.  On July 16, 2011 he drew up and signed a proposal to perform the work with an estimate of $3145.00.  The agreement shows that he was paid $1872.50 on that date to begin the work, and this document was signed by both my father and by Paul.

The following week, after the entire bathroom had been gutted including the commode, sink and shower, the laminate flooring covering exactly 20 square feet was installed.  On July 21, 2011 Paul then asked for more money, and he was written another check for $1000.  And with that no-one has ever returned again to complete the job.  And you guessed it,  no-one will return any phone calls.
 
My family now has a totally gutted, unusable bathroom, and Paul Shepherd from CHANGED MINISTRY has stolen over $2500. from my parents- who by the way, are senior citizens.  The most appalling aspect of all is the audacity of this company's advertisement which reads: "We help assist the less fortunate" and goes on to quote scripture (Matthew 25:31-46) from the Bible.  WOW, SIMPLY STUNNING!!!  I trust God will deal appropriately with His WORD being blasphemed in such a way.
