ChangingShape.com is an online fitness site that claims to offer personal training along with software geared to supposedly help you keep track of your progress.

The site advertises about 13 email addresses, creating an image of being a large organization that will be there for your support

1) The customer service is POOR - the only way to receive communication, it seems, is to complain to authorities like the BBB... at that point in time, you are likely to hear from this "one person organization" in an effort to avoid being given negative marks from the BBB, whom which it claims to cooperate with

2) The company boasts an endorsement from Fitness Magazine all over its site as an enticement to visitors to sign up for its program. However, when asked, Fitness Magazine has yet to confirm and/or justify this endorsement

3) The Terms and Conditions of the site are designed to deceive the public and evidently results in collecting a minimum of $10 to all sign-ups that never gets refunded

4) The software of the site is faulty - it does not function properly and is confusing as well

5) The image created on the site is NOT lived up to. This is the epitome of a poor weight loss/fitness program founded by an individual with poor moral standards and a lack of integrity

Outstanding value!

AUTHOR: RezaGh - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, April 02, 2012

I started traveling extensively about 8 months ago, so I searched for a website where I can get some guidance regarding exercises I can do in my hotel room without any equipment. After seeing very nice reviews for
ChangingShape.com, I checked out the website and saw how reasonable the prices were and decided theres not much harm if I bought a membership and it didnt work out.

Well, my experience has been excellent!

As soon as I joined, Matt Johnson, the owner, got in touch with me and asked me to fill out a personal exercise profile along with my goals , interests, and preferences. Next thing I knew, I had my own unique exercise plan, which didnt need any equipment. Matt was vey responsive to my various questions, sent me videos to make sure I did the exercises correctly, and was in touch with me to encourage me to keep up with the exercise plan and give me advice on how to change my lifestyle to a healthy one.

The ChangingShape.com website is very user-friendly and has sections for nutrition, exercise, coach check-ins, and keeping tack of ones progress and goals.

Matt is a fitness instructor and health companion who cares about you as an individual and is there to support you towards a fit, healthy, and productive lifestyle.

I highly recommend ChangingShape.com for whoever wants a cost-efficient and thorough exercise and health center with the caring, personal touch.

ChangingShape.com is Professional and Dependable

AUTHOR: TLP - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, March 29, 2012

Love ChangingShape.com. One reason I signed -up is because it is affordable, and I stuck with it because they do not use heavy-handed sale tactics or promise weight-loss through gimmicks. I found their customer service to be quick and helpful at all times. Everything was explained up front, so I don't know why this thing about $10 has upset you because this has never been an issue for me.  They don't push for clients to buy anything extra, and I got a lot of information for little money.

The program is easy to use; they offer a range of online menus with different calorie counts and a number of healthy yet tasty meal suggestions. They also have an extensive section of exercises.

I find the remark about Matt particularly out of line. This review sounds like someone who lives to complain about businesses in hope of a free service. Anyway, Matt was my trainer, and all he ever demonstrated to me was concern and encouragement, plus he never failed to check-in. He answered all my emails promptly. I don't understand the comment about a one person organization, either. It makes no sense and is unfounded.

I am at a loss as to why anyone would feel they didn't get what they paid for with ChangingShape.com.

Matt and Changing Shape have been amazing!  He is always there to help, has great advice, and LISTENS to what you need or are looking for.  I'm a certified fitness instructor myself and he still has tons of great advice to help me be the best that I can be.

ChangingShape.com

1. I signed up for ChangingShape.com 4 months ago and I have no intention of cancelling any time soon. All because of the excellent customer service that I've experienced first hand. The latest I've ever received a response to my email was 24 hrs and that only happened once. Usually when I send an email I go back and forth via email several times in less than 24hrs.

2. If Fitness Magazine has yet to confirm and/or justify the endorsement mentioned, then it's either true and no one really asked them. There's no way a major magazine like Fitness Magazine would allow such and endorsement unless it was true or they had no idea a false endorsement existed. Either way, implying that it is not legitimate holds no validity because you have no proof either way.

3. Your statement is based on hearsay not fact. You said that the Term and Conditions "evidently" have such a result. Also, if the Terms and Conditions say that $10 is collected what is the problem? If you don't read the Terms and Conditions that is not the company's fault. That's not deception. That's the individual's fault for not reading it.

4. The software is not faulty. Yes, it was somewhat difficult to use at first but when I informed my trainer of this he created a personal meal and workout plan for me. That way I didn't have to start from scratch but still had the liberty to edit it as I needed/wanted.

5. This is pure opinion with no reasoning to back it up. If you're going to post a report, focus on the facts. Not hearsay or personal opinion without reasoning.
