2012 Polaris RZR 900 Review Big Piece of junk Chaparral Motorsports in San Bernardino California Pushing our 10 hour old 2012 rzr 900 out of there service department refusing to warantee the brand new unit! The General manager himself helped push this out of there property. Instead of fixing it they decided to refuse service. I never in my life have witnessed this bad of customer service! Please never use chaparral motorsports in san bernardino. I wouldnt refer them to my worst enemy.

The original complaint says nothing about what the problem was.
But the one I want to hear about is from Bubba Lee. How do you ruin an engine just by not changing the air filter. If you don't change it then it gets so clogged that the vehicle will not start, because everyone knows that the gas needs air to burn. But if it does start then you are sucking air from somewhere else besides the filter. But it is still not going to ruin the motor. The only possibilty that I see is if he was sucking the vapors from the oil tube which would cause loss of oil plus it would smoke, but that would still take along time before motor damage.

I'm sorry but I have to respond to this. Something else is going on. It's really hard for me to believe that a brand new rzr broke a. and b. that it wasn't covered under your warranty. I would like to know how it broke. Did you drive it into a volcano? Did you drive it into an ocean or something? I own a 2011 rzr and have never had an issue with it as long as you ride it correctly. And if they forced you off the premises that tells me that you must have done something to get you thrown out.

I recently did something similar with a pick up truck.
The Customer / Owner had allowed the air filter to plug ruining the engine.
The manufacturer refused warranty.
The Owner swore at and threatened the counter staff.
Police were called to eject him and we pushed his truck off the lot, parked it legally and mailed him the keys.
Sound like what happened to you?
