Upon me moving in, and movin out we cleaned and cleand my husband told me to take pics of the apt the only thing i can say was wrong was the carpet but it was messed up when we got there but i was fine about that but when we turn work orders in they never get did my hot water tank bust must i remind u its carpet in thr apt they came out cut holes in the carpet and lifted it up and put a fan in it so the capert got cut up and wet so then the water messed up the bottom ove the wall wow realy and thats all my money the she told me this a month later when i was supposed to get it i had to chase her to get a called back no paper work was tured in on any damages on top of that some of her family memebers moved in and all her famliy members and friends stay there now so its like they took something from me i have 5 kids i am a humble person but that was really wrong of ms brister so just warning u guys
