Chapel Sales Of Mount Laurel NJ I ordered two children's books I paid $40.00 an extreme price I thought but it was part of a fund raiser Then I received and invoice for another $50.00 then I started getting invoices with late fees I am outraged and feel taken advantage of ripoff Mt Laurel New Jersey

Chapel Sales, Inc is fraudulante and all about scamming to get money from their customers. I bought two children's books from one of their promotional sales representatives. I don't believe the sales person even knows what this company is doing. He explained to me that some of the processed were to go to new uniforms for his high school, I wonder if he ever received his portion of the money? I paid that day, $40.00, believing that was all I was paying. I thought that was a bit much for two children's books but felt I was paying more because of the cause, that some of the money woud be going to a high school football team.

Instead of receiving my books in the mail I received an invoice in the mail for $50.00 additional dollars and then more invoices with $2.00 late fees. When I wrote the company and explained the situation and complained about the lapes in communication and damanded my money back or my books in the mail and that I would write the BBB of NJ, I received a letter with a zero balance and the thought that my books were in the mail. Instead of my books I recently received yet another invoice as thought the correspondance never took place.

The Chapel Sales, Inc's web sites says that they care about the satisfaction of the customer, what a false claim. I have seen so may complains now about this company. I am surprised that the BBB of NJ has not ridded their state of such a corrupt corrporation.
