I stupidly did not look into the website before I purchased but I spent $109.20 on an EVE Online account and got no word from them for one week! To my surprise later on I got a response saying there was a bug in their system and they could not see what account I purchased. I responded, told them, another week later nothing. I kept emailing them and they replied saying I was in a queue. Then another week nothing. I reported them to the BBB. STAY AWAY FROM Characters.net Please don't be dumb like me! Save your money they will scam you!

Wanted to update this. I did manage to get my character. Big confusion here as delivery confirmation emails were going to my junk mail. All is good. Great company and highly recommend them.
