This company sent me an estimate for a character from Final Fantasy XI for a total of $672.00. They requested information to confirm what I had listed in the form for the appraisal. A few days later I could no longer access my account.

I contacted them through every channel I could find.

In 4 days they got back to me requesting more information.

After I provided it they offered me less then 1/2 of the origonal quote ($312.00).

I accepted because they already have my character and I couldn't get it back.

They told me payment would be sent in 12 hrs or less.

It has now been 3 days and I have had no payment or reply.

I posted to their facebook page about the issues I was having. They removed the post and have blocked me from reposting.

Be careful when dealing with these people. they will steal from you.

False Report: Customer Received Payment

AUTHOR: CH Agent - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, December 10, 2011

This message is to Matthew Witt,

- On November 27, 2011 at 3:57 AM PST, we informed you that we would begin the process of checking your account and sent you two e-mails asking for your contact and payment information to make sure we sent to the correct person.

- On November 27, 2011 at 6:20 AM PST, you provided us your payment information which then allowed us to begin the process of moving forward with completing your account submission.

- On November 27, 2011 at 7:42 AM PST, an agent started the process of verifying your account.

- On November 27, 2011 at 8:57 AM PST, that agent sent you an e-mail informing you that due to an error in our Gil Pricing, an adjustment price was being offered. In this e-mail, it said specifically that "If this price is NOT acceptable, please click this link, and select "No" in order for us to return your account information."

- On November 28, 2011 at 6:34 AM PST, instead of informing us that the price was NOT acceptable, you proceeded with clicking the link above it ACCEPTING this quote. At no point did you inform us that this price was NOT acceptable.

- Shortly afterwards, you posted comments on our facebook fan page using profanity and slamming our company but failed to provide any information for our communication agents to handle your issue.

- Shortly after that, a customer contacted us on our Facebook Chat asking for an update on his purchase. During this time, he informed us of your comments and said that he "reported" the issue to Facebook through a report spam button which would lock your account from posting again on our Facebook Fan Page. I will note here that our Facebook Fan Page is open to the public to ask questions about their order, and is not there for you to post profanity that could be viewed by underaged customers.

- On November 28, 2011 at 10:11 AM PST, we informed you that there would be a delay on sending your payment due to a maximum sending limit issue we were trying to resolve with the Payment Service you selected. During this time, we offered you a chance to choose an alternate payment method but never received a reply back from you.

- On November 30, 2011, instead of contacting customer service by e-mail, facebook chat, or facebook private message, you decided to post a report here.

- In this report, you stated that we will steal from you. However, your payment was issued (Unique Transaction ID # 6LR13141S71307539) so therefore we didn't steal from you.

- In this report, you stated that you tried to contact us through every channel you could find. However, we never received an e-mail, chat. or private message from you. If you have issues with communicating with our company, we recommend messaging us through facebook to expedite your transaction.

- In this report, you stated that you accepted because they already have my character and I couldn't get it back. However, we clearly stated in that e-mail that "If this price is NOT acceptable, please click this link, and select "No" in order for us to return your account information." Instead, you clicked the link and accepted our quote.

Our site is setup to allow you to securely auction, trade, or sell your virtual character and account rather than being scammed in an industry that is full of it.

In 2007, eBay released a statement stating that virtual assets were no longer allowed to be sold on their auction site due to the fraud rate being as high as 50% per transaction. This is just one example of the thousands of reports out there that provide information on how risky it is to sell your virtual assets through an unsecure source.

In your case, you chose our company to sell your virtual asset and received the payment that you agreed to receive. While we apologize for all the issues you may have received during this process, we have done everything we can on our end to make sure your submission was processed securely. While we would hate to lose you as a customer, just remember that going elsewhere is going to mean that you have a high risk of receiving nothing in return for your virtual asset rather than receiving a guaranteed payment with us.

In conclusion, all we tried to do was help you get money for your virtual asset. While it's upsetting knowing that you want to hurt the company that helped you, we will move forward knowing that we did everything possible to securely process your transaction as fast as possible. If that wasn't enough for you, then we wish you the best of luck in your future dealings and thank you for a completing your submission with our company.

Safe journey!
