Charissa Cawley -
Has various advertising on the net. I watched a webinar of hers ... she seemed genuine but she isn't. She states that she has a course that will teach you "everything" and that it wil be for a "ONE TIME" only fee of $797. She also states that she won't then say that there is another course that's necessary and that there is another fee to pay....
You get the picture right?! FALSE ADVERTISING AND CLAIMS! She is a "sneaky and dishonest" and so is her staff.... Also she doesn't seem to have a legitimate business address of her own that I can see anywhere. She seems to "hide" behind the business address of other companies and makes it appear as her own. She has also stated that she will give you back the money from the course that you purchased from her if you go on a bus tour with her, where you'll do your first deal. How can anyone believe anything that she says?

I spoke to someone in her staff that stated that to "work" with Charissa, it would cost a "tremendous amount of money!" So which is it $797. like she calaims or a tremendous amount of money?! Ha!
"BAIT AND SWITCH!" I don't believe that she has made the amount of money in real estate that she says she has ... has anyone ever seen any proof?!!! Her assistant was too interested in seeing what I have in the bank and what I own and what I'm making ... And I'm sure this is to get an idea how much they could "steal" from me .... If someone has made a lot of money and are really interested in "helping people" they don't need to "pimp" you or start "sniffing around" to see what they can suck from you in an effort to "help you."

Think for a moment, does Oprah charge a fee and an exorbidant one at that to "help people?" lol Nothing could be further from the truth!

If it starts to "SMELL BAD" then it "IS BAD". And her and her organization stink to high heaven. She makes it sound soooo good, but I'm sure in actuality it's sooooooo bad! Unfortunately when it sounds too good to be true, it usually is! Charissa Cawley pretends to be something that she's not!!! Use common sense people and stay clear her! Once you can smell and see the red flag it's best not to proceed!!! I'm advising you not to go down this road, for your own sake and the sake of your wallet!

This has been my experience with her company and probably it will be yours! When you're bad to one you're bad to them all!

Does anyone know of any one who is legit in real estate?! Does Oprah help aspiring real estate investors? Call her before you call Chrissa Cawley! :)

Charrisa Cawley, Read course first

AUTHOR: Joe G - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, May 03, 2010

I am not sure what beef this lady and this David fellow have with Mrs. Cawley. She is a bright and intelligent lady who is a "go-getter" and instead of waiting for things to come her way, she made  "it" happen. I bought her course and feel it is adequately filled with enough information to become successful in today's changing real estate market.  If you do not read her material or audios, look in the mirror. I am currently investing and succeeding in real estate investments, thanks to a large part of her advice and value all her information. My opinion is these people are not motivated enough and have not properly dedicated themselves to pursue a real estate business. Why don't you stop complaining, read her material and audios and try her system, before you post a complaining report? I am not being paid by or affiliated with Charissa Cawley, but feel compelled to say my piece and deflect some of this negative undeserved criticsm these people have conjured.
