Charles A.Gulley Filthy and a drug addict! Verona Virginia

Charles A. Gulley left in the middle of the night with unpaid rent and completely trashed our apartment. He rented from us above our restaurant. Locked the keys in the apartment when left. Dog fecal and urine is all over the apartment. Boogers smeared across the hallway. The base boards in one bedroom are laying in the middle of the floor where they have been ripped of the walls. Telephone lines were cut, water cut off valve is gone so we couldn't cut the water of which is still running until a plumber can arrive. Carpet in living room is soaked in kerosene and dog urine. Pills/medication is laying everywhere. Even the stove is ruined. The paint has actually been scratched off. Screen door busted. Many door frames throughout the apartment has been gnawed upon by their dog. Stolen hospital supplies was left behind from Augusta Medical Center located in Fishersville, VA. Stole the globes off of several ceiling fans. Few kitchen tiles in kitchen are broke and gnawed on. Complete with trash and dirt all through the apartment. Toliet and been used ("crapped" in) and about 100 cigarette butts thrown in. Yard tore up including, huge oak tree. Absolutely would NOT allow Charles A. Gulley to live in ANYTHING! So far the estimated damage, cleaning fees, and unpaid rent is over $2500.00
