Charles Albert Jewelry in Pompano FL Wholesale reseller scam based on monopoly, descrimination and failure to sell to our company without clear policy or agreement Pompano Florida

 I was a reseller wholesale based in Reno Nevada. Purchased over 30K with wholesale jewelry from Charles Albert. We were located in a retail Mall. The Charles Alber company was soliciting our store almost every day by calling early morning right after the opening just to sell more. We had exessive stock in our retail store and were reselling on our company website and ebay. Many pieces made by artisans were hard to resell. They were with dents, knicks and cracks plus imperfections in workmanship.

Our attempts to return anything back to the sale departmnent at Charles Albert were not positive and usually claim it is normal for jewelry have those visual imperfections that our retail customers were not friendly about. So as a other outlet for resale we used online retail website and ebay. One day without warnign they cut us off from being reseller and did not let us place an order for the pieces that were already presold in retail and paid for. They failed us.

We asked why can't they sell to us and the respond was that we sell on ebay. We immidiately corrected all prices to all retail suggested prices and tried to place our order. The company refused and claimed that we undervalue their products. It has been 5 years and I moved to a different state. I still have an exessive stock of their jewelry and have a hard time to resell it even at my cost.

 I feel that company descriminate market and my business, failed to disclose policies before we made a pretty large investment and monopolized the sales bu setting main resellers as a very close friends and families that sell the line at very low almost wholesale prices. Also, the Charles Albert line sells by the company at overstock.com and hsn.com at very low prices so their reason that we were undercutting the other resellers a false statement. I feel that they decieve the reseller and cause losses by using their techniques.
