Charles Brzezinski CBCS, Cbrezy, Charles Brzezinski Construction Services, Center Beam Construction Abandoned my job. No bathroom and retaining wall not completed Lakeside, Ca

 May 9,2016 I signed contract with Charles Brzezinski to build new cement stairs from top of yard to bottom . Also new patio cover and cement patio. The stairs were good. The patio cover was not to code and larger than I agreed to. No footings were used and not to code. I paid for the blocks in full and only 83 were delivered. Brzezinski refuses to deliver remaining blocks and complete wall. Additional contract involved a new master bathroom. He was paid by insurance company and abandoned the job so I have no bathroom. He pays employees in cash and sometimes they didn't show up because he didn't pay them. He uses money on one contract to pay other jobs. I'm out 26000 dollars and he was a longtime friend
