These people are crooks and will steal your personal belongings. They will tell you what you want to hear and never follow through on their word. Not only never rent from these crooks, but I wouldn't let them manage my rental property either. I know for a fact Keith stole the AC units from the rental we were in (TWICE) and then the owners had to replace. The home they were renting to us is infested with toxic mold and they refused to fix it correctly. They tried to cover it up with paint and rented it out to someone else so it could make them sick. My daughter almost died because of their rental property and while we were in the hospital with her they illegally confiscated all out belongings in the home (that was quarantined) and sold them for their own personal profits. They did this while telling on the phone and through text messages that they were fixing the mold problem so we could come home. CROOKS!

These tenants where late with the very first rent payment and every one after, they still owe a large amount that we are considering turning over to collections, there was a bathroom they did not clean so they thought they had mold and after $1000 remediation by a licensed mold firm (to clean the bathroom) the house was given the all clear. It was never quarantined or painted.
The house was abandoned and utilities shut off for a month before a contractor was hired to haul the remaining items (junk) in the garage to the landfill. At that time they were behind 3 months at $1800 a month. House was not cleaned.
I feel for their daughter that is actually sick but it had nothing to do with the house they're just mad because they didn't get the deposit back.
As far as the A/C units, they just bought themselves a libel suit, the people responsible were caught. Dont rent to Tiffany or Tommy Tackett
