New South Windows did a very poor job installing my windows and doors. I found it very difficult -- almost impossible to get them back to correct their problems -- they are still not corrected. They promise to schedule you or return your calls. They do neither. Also, I was promised by the sales person that he would later sell me a second French door set for the same price as my first, if I would purchase that day. They do not appear to be willing to honor that commitment as well.
