Charles Malki is the worst kind of criminal. He offers to provide his services (Real Estate Lawyer) for a retainer and then hauls butt with your money.
He STOLE $3,150.00 from my company. I have had no way to contact him as he has changed his address and phone number more than 5 or 6 times in the past 3 years.
He finally contacted me after I posted several complaints about his business and began threatening me with legal action and cops. He is now saying he's going to SUE my company for $5,000.
If Charles Malki, Esquire Realty & had practiced good business ethics from the beginning this would have never been an issue. All I want is a refund!!!!
Charles Malki is 100% a SCAM ARTIST!!!

The Law Office of Charles J. Malki, PA have never represented, nor has the firm ever accepted any money from American Solutions USA LLC, Mike Vakneen, and/ or Edward Alavi (a/k/a Alvi). I have appeared in court against this person/entity and have been awarded a monetary judgment against them for their false, unsubstantiated claim. This fraudulent statement appears to be an attempt by ripoffreport.com to defame my firm to extort money.
