The Michigan Attorney General's Office and Michigan Friend of the Court is currently investigating Charles P. Johnson's ability to pay child support and arrearages in the range of $100,000.00. This does not include past medical expenses, the fact that he claims to have cashed in her college annuity and legal expenses.
If you can provide any valid information regarding the income potential, whether he is employed & if so, what kind of work, if he owns his own business, & if so, what is the name, or any other source of income Charley may have access to, please contact me asap.
If you are aware of any asset, (i.e. property, boats, vehicles, real estate, etc.), this information would also be appreciated.
My daughter is in the middle of 11th grade and we will soon lose our home if I cannot provide the court with "proof" of ability to pay.
Please...need your assistance prior to November 14, 2005.
