Charles Pope Cellular offers a free 15 day trial of Alltel service as an Alltel Authorized dealer. They mislead you into signing contracts for penalties and fees telling you they do not apply until the 15 day free trial is over. If you return before the 15 days they try to trick you into keeping the phone longer in hopes you will go over the 15 days. If you insist and finally get them to cancel your service and take the phone back they charge you for the ohone and a $50 restocking fee / penalty and give no refund even tho they said it would not apply. They pull out the contracts you signed and insist they explained to you that you would pay and you knew. 15 day Free trial for only $286.83. Would you knowingly and willingly sign an agreement to pay $286.83 non-refundable fee for a 15 day free trial? I would not. After many complaints Alltel credited me $40.09. This company has a history of this type complaint with no resolve. They should be shut down or punished for what they are doing.

Charles Pope Cellular doesnt just rip off their customers try working for them they are by far the most dis honest company i have ever worked for, every phone they carry is used they start you out on seperate rate plans so they can make their money, and the best of all, the processing and programing this is not a real fee they made it up to make more money, they are the only company that charges that, the phone is free plus processing and programing ya right, dont be a fool go to the direct store they are dishonest, and definetly dont work for them even if u make them a ton of money and u are the best salesman in the world they will screw u over by , "Charge Backs", but they will talk u up and pretend u have this huge pay check to make u stay around, cause the last thing they want u to do is figure out that u know they are screwing u, they are by far the worst company i have ever seen.
