Charles Suglia YP.com salesman LIED to get contract signed Phoenix Arizona

 Charles Suglia came to our place of business to try to get us to sign up with yp.com. We told him we only had a small budget to work with for advertising and needed to think it over. He returned and LIED to the owner saying "well just sign this and try it for a month for free" and then promptly returned to his office and filed the completed contract

This obligated us to pay an initial $1040.00 and also pay a monthly fee. YP.com ran that through our account without any notification which in turn made other checks written out bounce and we of course incurred the overdraft charges on that as well.

I understand that my boss should have read the fine print but how can this be allowed that a salesman can flat out lie to gain a sale at such a reputable company and then that company doesn't care that the sale was made that way and won't cancel the contract or refund our money
