Charles Thomas Hill Charlie Took my ailing Father's life savings Durango Colorado

Deposition Cause No. 10-05-05094-CV from Montgomery County Tx reveals how Charles Hill took my Father's life savings while he was in a nursing home. My brother was our Father's Power of Attorney . He persuaded our Father to invest his money in a company, Lighthouse Global Investments, ran by Charles Hill. a total of $147,835 dollars was given as payments to Charles Hill in 2009. There was an 85,000 dollar loan made for an East KY col project. My brother invested 100,000 dollars into a Poland Wind Farm through Lighthouse Global Investments. They began a "flipping" of these funds to show a profit. Charles Hill and Jim Harris agreed to do these wire transfers from one bank account to another to appear to be making a profit. None of my Father's money was ever retreived. How sad someone would take advantage of an old man in a nursing home. To avoid repayment of this money Charles Hill filed a 6.5 million dollar bankruptcy. He is heartless.
