I contacted Lauren Roos Justice to take care of my dogs while I was away. She stated she comesntonyour home to watchmyour pet I liked this idea as my dogs don't do well in kennel situations and thought it would be better for them. I should have listened to my instinct when she walked in the room on the phone wearing too much makeup and jewelry. But alas I was told not to judge a book by its cover no matter how tight the cover is stretched.
She convincd me to go with her service.
Well to my dismay upon arrival home my dogs were skittish and cowering. I wondered why's they are not likely to be that way. Mi had also measured the food out and expressly told Lauren how much to feed them as they are on a strict diet.mwell there was no way she fed them them every day as there was way too much food left over. so my dogs are scared AND hungry.
So on top of this cruelty to animals I found food missing from my freezer and the topper is, A USED CONDOM IN MY BED!!!!!
This woman is disgusting, lurid, unprofessional, a thief and should be avoided at all costs.i will never be able to get my money back nor show my babies how sorry I am to put them th rough this horrid woman's care

Shame on you - Bed & Bones! Shame on you, indeed! How dare you refer to yourself as a "professional anything!" with that sort of response. Trust me, you'll never last in any professional situtation with that type of attuitude. Having operated a pet sitting business for more than 25 years, one need always remember to "bite the bullet" when dealing with the public at all times.
I, too, have seen several reviews that were written to destroy. Rather than respond with hateful, poorly written responses that all can view (remember for all of cyber space eternity), build a more profitable, personally successful business. After all, the greatest revenge is success - personal or business. A little maturity thrown in for good measure, your case.

First off, whatever this person said, is not true. I do not know who this person is or what their motive is to doing this, but they are obviously trying to smear my name. I have over 50 clients that would gladly attest to the way I treat their animals, I have never had a complaint against me.
Whoever wrote this, come forward with your name and contact details ASAP or I will have your IP address searched and file harassment charges against you. How dare you.
Also, they are using a name I do not even go by and haven't used in 10 years.....so it makes me wonder if its someone trying to personally attack me for whatever reason.
Oh, and why would I wear make-up or jewelry to walk a dog?? Thats pretty funny.
Come forward and identify yourself.....I am sure people would like to hear your "story"
Also, it says you are in Charleston? I do not even service the Charleston area!! And your name is Deborah? I do not have any clients by that name, either.
Well, I can assure you, I have plenty of clients that know I am a kind hearted person and would never mistreat an animal. I am also honest....can you say that same, whoever wrote this ridiculous statement? You should be ashamed of yourself......
