I pucheased an unlimited license for AVS4You long time, now my first installed PC crashed, now I can not reinstall the software and activated the license, AVS4YOU support force me to buy addtional license, they refer to the license agreement, but even in it's license agrreement, there is no indication do not mention what if your PC crashed, what if you upgrade to a new computer, the software single copy restrication should allow you reinstall and transfer it to a new PC, as long as you keep a single copy usage, it make no sense to make the software license died when your PC crashed, or when you want to upgrade to a new PC.
here is their license agreement, which even dose not mention the PC crash and transfer, but they are now force me to buy addtional license for use the unlimited license I pucheased.
AVS4YOU Software is licensed on a per computer basis. Each license purchased is bound to one particular computer and allows using AVS4YOU Software on that single computer. If you install and use or reinstall AVS4YOU software on any other computers you will have to purchase an additional license for each computer. If you change a computer, you will have to purchase an additional license. All updates and upgrades for AVS4YOU Software are free for a user throughout the period of AVS4YOU license validity.
