Charlie Falk Auto Wholesaler Electrical Problems in first month and enjine gone in 7 months I got ripped off Richmond Virginia

I too purchased a vehicle from Charlie and it was actually on a recall list for isuzu, the engine died on my way to Georgia to visit my son and now it has been stuck their for over a year.

Buying second hand was my fault and I should have known that place was shady.

I can't even get rid of if because of not having the title. I have been paying insurance and tags for all this time. They had the nerve to harrase me about getting a payment. Do your homework on all purchases from homes to cars. This is my hard lesson learned, now I do my research and get my own answers because people see me coming a mile away.

In this Case like The Customer stated, it's on Recall from Isuzu, all they had to do is take it to an Isuzu or a Chevy Dealer in that area and the Dealer would of taken care of it No charge, the Maker of Vehicle Pays for it to be Fixed, also Recall's can Only be fixed for Free by New Car Dealers. Theres No way we could foresee a engine going 7 months later.
I Truly Apologize to All those Customers that had or have any Mechanical problems. ALL of our vehicle's are Sold (AS-IS). In the State of VA. we don't have to give any type warranty by Law, there's No 3,2,1 day Return policy or Cooling off period.
They can Purchase an Extended Warranty that we offer on the side at 0% for 12 months that we give at our cost, We don't make a Dollar off it. BUT We Do give a Customer Care FREE of charge for 30 Days on: Engine, Transmission and Safety related items, pretty much anything that keeps the vehicle running & driving, NOT a Penny Out of the Customers pocket, No deductibles, We pay all of it, if needs new Motor, Trans work as long as the Customer's Not Negligent of the Problems, and if the COST exceeds more then 2000. or 4 weeks in service. We Value All Customers, GOOD People Have Bad Credit Too and we Know things Happen against their will that Can't be Controlled , Life is Tough, and WE Don't JUDGE People By their Credit.
We have to get it Authorized by Mr. (Falk) to Switch the Customer out to Equal or less value vehicle.
FACT is We also Understand that the Majority of Our Customers 60% Won't Pay or try not to pay or ask for a Deferment if their car Breaks down for any Reason and 20% of them are Credit Criminal's, they try to get over and out of Everything.
We try our Best to Guarantee our Cars to Last, because We're a Buy Here Pay Here type Dealer so we try our Best to Keep a Good relationship with our Customers and we Do, We have Highest Repeat Customer basis in the area with Over 60 years of Business and over 100,000 Cars Sold, because we have Short Term Financing: 36 months or Less, so its Not a (Sign Your Life Away) Deal.
Despite their Credit Our Rates vary from 7% and NO Higher then 19% for the Worst situations, after 1 year their VIP customers and they can Trade In the Old car and get What ever they WANT at WAY Better Deal, Lower Interest Rates and Discount on Pricing NO Matter What their Credit Looks like, even if they Don't Pay Nobody else BUT Charlie, It's Charlie's World !!
"Look" We Don't make or build these cars, We TRY our best NOT to Buy any Jacked up flood, wrecked, salvage or cars off the street. These are Used Cars that we buy at Green Light Dealer Auctions with all the other big Dealers. Even New cars are Not Guaranteed, they Break Down Too.
