Charlie Southall, Dragonfly Productions Theft, lies, lack of work, deceipt, failure, lack of results, false promises, took full deposit and delivered no work London England

We attempted to hire Charles Southall of Dragonfly Productions to shoot a video for us in Eton. He communicated with our contacts there and appeared to be organizing the shoot. He took a 100% deposit on the work from my client (I would have paid maximum 50%) but claimed that he was unable to access the film location and was prevented from filming. This contrasts with his promises of speaking to the appropriate authorities in advance. He apologized and offered to return 50% of the money. We found this barely acceptable, but understood that there may have been circumstances beyond his control. That was two weeks ago. At this point it seems the whole thing was a scam!
