Charlton Methodist Hospital 2 of my medications were stolen while I was in the Emergency Room Ripoff Dallas Texas

I was in the Emergency Room for almost 24 hours. During that time, and I know the exact time frame when the medicines were all of the sudden gone. Why did the ER department not put my personal belongings that the Paramedics transported and turned over to the ER nurse - put them in a safe place. I was by myself.

My husband came later, but was only there maybe an hour and 1/2. He had to go home and go to sleep to go to work the next day. I filed a police report. No one told me the protocol on what to expect, what happens, after a report is filed. One mediation I just had filled on 2/5/05. Plus I had to take a taxi cab home and they could have helped me pay for it, but their excuse was "they were out of vouchers".

The whole experience there was a complete nightmare, traumatic and my safety was at risk. The people there have no people skills, and I was very scared. I was in twlight sleep 99/5% of the time, but I heard people coming in an out of my room - probably getting supplies. No water was in my room, I had to find the Nurse Call Light button myself. No one told me anything, where anything was, etc.
