CHARM SCIENCES INC FRAUDENTLY CHEATING PEOPLE THROUGH A UTILITY BILLS PAYMENT SCAM Lawerence Massachusetts

This company CHARM SCIENCES INC, 659 Andover St. Lawerence MA 01843 is operating its fraudulent activities through Pakistan. Charm Sciences has opened telephone call centers in Pakistan. They get information of Pakistani and other ethnicity residents through yellow pages and the information is passed over to Pakistan from where the representatives start calling.

I am getting these calls for more than a year but never paid any heed. In March 2015 these calls became too frequent. The caller tells you that our company in the US gets vouchers from many utility companies which are of no use to the company therefore, we are helping families to subsidize their utility bills and even pay their credit cards.

The MODUS OPRANDI is that the representative asks you your utility billing details. The telephones being used by this company are 818-934-4102 and 818-452-3410. You are being told that no other information from the victim is required. The lucrative part is that the representative offers to pay six months or one year's payment to the victim's utility billing company. Upon receiving your information a credit deposit is made in your utility billing account ,say for instance (comcast). 

As you check your utility billing account you can found a credit amount in your account. Next the victim receives a call or text message asking the victim to make half the payment of the deposited amount in a Bank of America checking account. For instance, if an amount of $444.00 is deposited with Comcast you will be asked to deposit $222.00 in CHARM SCIENCES INC checking account. After you deposit the amount in BOA you will be asked by the representative calling from 818-934-4102 to email a copy of the deposit receipt to billingdiscount11@gmail.com.

Next, after sending the deposit slip copy you will be asked for more utility account particulars that you wish the company should pay. Naturally, after seeing the deposited amount the victim's confidence is increased. Furthermore, when a person is depositing an amount in a BOA account maintained by a US company doing business in the US confidence naturally develops. After two to three days when you check your utility bill account the deposited amount will be no more there. On inquiring form Comcast you will be told that there were insufficient funds owing to which the transaction has been cancelled.

The irony is that this company CHARM SCIENCES INC, 659 Andover St. Lawerence MA 01843 is doing this fraudulent business without any fear of the federal investigating agencies.
