Charmaine Shier is very passive aggressive and unprofessional. Her demeanor and work ethics are horrible.
She CFO's admin and I can say she is sneaky. She is not about uplifting and providing support to anyone.
Unfortunately management gives her so much power they I have seen managers let go over the admins.
She will talk down to you and scold other members of management team with no regard to her position.
I am utterly disgusted.
She single handedly went off on a VP about rules and that was not her place to do so. There are other VPs who have mentioned her and how she is with individuals in the building.
