THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL RIPOFF, IM MILITARY AND FROM THE FIRST DAY I HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM. FIRST THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE TO CHARGE ME BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY CONECTION IN THE BUILDING THAT I LIVE ON BASE, WHEN EVERY BODY IN THE BUILDING HAVE SERVICE ALREADY. AFTER THIS THEY GAVE ME A BUNDLE AND MAKE ME PAY 50 DOLLARS FOR INSTALLATION WHEN THE GUY THAT CAME  DIDNT DID ANYTHING. ALSO I CALLED TWO WEEKS AGO TO GET AN UPGRADE IN MY PACKAGE, THEY OFFER ME 100+ CHANNELS HDTV BOX + FAMILY PACK + INTERNET 5MG, FOR 89.99, AND THE GUY TOLD ME THAT BECAUSE I WAS A GREAT CUSTOMER THE WERE GOING TO GUIVE ME HBO+CINEMAX FOR 6 MONTHS FOR FREE. THEY GAVE ME A DATE FOR THE INSTALLATION. THE DAY OF THE INSTALLATION NOBODY SHOW UP, I CALL AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE ANYTHING ON THE SYSTEM, AND THAT THEY CANT GIVE ME THAT DEAL ANYMORE, THE ONLY THING THEY COULD DO WAS TO GUIVE ME THE SAME PACKAGE BUT FOR 120 FOR SIX MONTHS AND AFTER THAT WOULD BE LIKE 150. ALSO IM PAYING FOR INTERNET 5MG AND I HAVE BEING MONITORING THE SPEED AND NEVER GOES UP THAN 2MG. IM TIRE OF THIS COMPANY.
