Been a faithful customer of charter for five years.
I am disabled now with personal injury.
They have repeatedly charged my account falsely inventing scenarios that dont exist to argue their new onetime charges.
I have never been late on payments either.
Their service techs installed a faulty cable and for 7 months i was getting 2mbps when I was paying for 60mbps
it was finally fixed by a tech who saw a faulty cable powering weak voltages to their wifi modem and router.
i was charged and they refuse to credit me for 7 months of faulty service
they refuse to remove the tech charges
they invented ACTIVATION OF WIFI mania to charge me just to invent a new charge
they refuse to credit mybill
and thewy will invest and spend exhorbitant amounts of time harrassing and arguing their charges and its become a dumb slippery petty criminal organization that charges and steals from anyone for anythign they so choose to characterize
are the other providers any different ?
they are all thieves ezspecially when your sabotaged with bad equipment and cannot attempt to conduct any busienss or research or academics
the whole organizxation is criminal

This company is in the business of performing between $45 to $65 base hits on customers repeatedly.
i wouldnt be surprised if its because your name is catholic or sounds hispanic either
the staff on the phones are professionally trained to sustain all charges no matter what the problem might be even if they falsely charcterize it.
there is no argyuiing with them
this organization is criminal and needs to be held accuontible
