To Whom It May Concern,

This is for the poor people that have had to deal with worse than mediocrity from their cable service.

Charter Spectrum is an internet TV service that has been ripping me off since we started with their internet Tv service months ago.  They charge top dollar for their service, and can't deliver on the accuracy, programming, and speed that they themselves boast about in their false advertising.  We pay for internet, phone and cable with a bundle package they bragged about on both a commercial, and paper flyer.  They boast top speeds, and we get interrupted service and poor streaming all day long. 

If I charged Spectrum for the amount of time it took me to go back to their wireless router, unplug it to reset it, and wait for it to reboot, they'd owe me money.  Poorly trained teck after tech, over and over again, as the result of many customer service calls, and no one can fix your problem.  They brag that if you miss your favorite show, how you can go back "OnDemand" and watch it.  But that's a lie too.  Because there are numerous episodes that are missing out of even the most recent TV series, and they blame it on the networks they represent, but don't disclose that to you when signing up. 

Well I don't pay the networks to provide seamless, complete broadcasting,  I pay Spectrum. So for example:  I go to watch a series like the Walking Dead.  They're missing series 1,2 and 3, or maybe even everything but series 7 is missing.  Maybe you'll get all series, but series one will only have episode 1,3,9.  That is an outright lie from the company!  Why is no one else seeing this?  Service outages constantly, constant calls into the service department, and tech support.  Also constant error messages all the time. 

You can't play a show they even have on their network.  There are so many times I've tried to convey what thieves they are to do this to their customers, and they simply don't care.  Not one call from corporate, or an affiliate.....nothing.  This complany is taking advantage of their customers across the board.  Steeling from each one of them, without any regret for their poor service.  This has become a way of life for the American people to simple accept this as normal business. 

That's sad, because we have become desensitized to this game played by big business, and we've stopped standing up to companies that do this, including but not limited to: Cable companies, utility companies that charge extra unwarrented fees, the IRS that likes to hit us with extra charges that are false, and automotive repair services that flat out lie to you about things that don't realy need done to your car, or con you in to work you don't need using fear tactics.  It's become a way of life for them to steel from us, and we accept it as the norm!  I for one have had my eyes open the hard way, have had it with these antics, and will not stand for it again. The very reason for this report. 

So Please Charter Spectrum, with the worst internet Tv app on the planet.  Either get it right, or go find something that you can do that you're good at, because it's surely not internet TV.  Go find some dignety, refund all the people that you've lied to and stole from, and get out before you blow something up.  The American people do not deserve substandard companies like you any more. 

We deserve the best, for the lies, and the scams we've suffered through.  And they were imposed on our seniors, children and the hard working people of this fantastic country that have had to deal with you.  Get ready, because I hope this comes down on you like a ton of bricks, and sets a presidence within the way companies like yours do buisness here in this country.  One that says we will no longer be taken advantage of, we don't stand for less than upstanding business tactics, and we're calling you out, so get out, or get with the program.
