Chase Bankcard Services Egocentric, UNWILLING to help IGNORANT WEASLES RIP OFF MASTERS Phoenix Arizona

I have been a member with Chase for about a year, PLUS. My limit was low, $200 to be precise. I got into some financial problems last year.

On all my credit cards, I was past due. Chase was calling me every month trying to get payments out of me. With little income, I could only pay $20 here and there. Everytime I received a statement, my balance was signifigantly higher. Soon, before I knew it, I had a balance of $786!!! (March of this year).

Little did I know the payments they were forcing me to make had no bearing on the rising balance. Keep in mind, I was NOT using my card. I was able to get a debt consolidation loan. However, it was less than my total debt.

When calling all my credit card companies, they were able to understand my situation, and remove some of the fees to help me pay off my balance. On TWO seperate occasions, I made an attempt to pay off my balance in full with the agreement that they remove some of the hundreds of dollars in fees. Both times it was DENIED!!!

None of the other companies had a problem. They got their money, and I got to pay off my debt minus some ludacris charges. I paid Chase back in March, $586.00 on my $200 limit credit card.

The gentleman who took my payment over the phone said to re-contact Chase and they may be more likely to remove some fees, after I make a large payment.

When I called back today, (5-2-05) AGAIN I was denied any help. The man tried to get me to make a payment over the phone to help THEM. I told him I would NOT make a payment if they were not willing to remove any fees. He was persistant in telling me that my account was closed, and they could not help me for that reason. Hundreds of dollars in fees, and as petty as they are, they turned the cheek again so they may rake in more of the almighty buck.

I ended the phone call by hanging up on him. DISCUSTED that this billion dollar company bathes in unfair, hard earned money from little people like me who slip up once. Chase made a pretty penny off of me. They charged what to me is ALOT of money in rediculous fees that everyone else was able to help with. I'm paying these jerks money they do NOT deserve. Chase will steal my money, but I will bash them high & low and to everyone I know or meet. THEY ARE THE WORST CREDIT CARD COMPANY EVER!!! CASH COW JERKS!!!
