Chase Credit Card Chase destroys credit for no mistake of client, avoid them, they donot validate their information Wilmington Delaware

They charged me in sept 2006 for charges that I did not incur. They claimed Cingular now ATT mobility had billed me and they paid Cingular, so I owe them the money. I filed a fradulent charge claim and the charges were removed. They even sent me a new card. Now in Feb 2007 charges reappear. They asked me to file another fraud report which I did. No response but just bills and late fee charges. Now in Jan 2008 I get a collection letter from a collection telling me they will settle for half the amount on behalf of ATT. Now I am wondering Is Chase just harrassing me!! They have destroyed my credit rating.
