My wife and I are one of thosands who have victimized by the Heart Check America scam for a 10 year total body EBT screening that was financed for 48 months with Chase Health Advance. I have making electronic payments and records show monthly payments have been made and received well in advance, yet twice I have been billed $39 late fees in the last 12 months. We have acquired an attorney and are filing a class action suit in California to address both issues. Health Check America is already under suits in IL, SC, DC, CO and NV.

"payments have been made and received well in advance"
If you made a payment in advance of the bill date the payment was applied to the current billing period and not the upcoming one. Is that what happened?
