I've tried for years to save my home from the forced foreclosure fraud and found nothing could be done to stop it. The Loan Modification was just a scam to delay the process until they could fit me into their foreclosure court schedule. (Being disabled has made this more damaging to me both mentally and physically.)

I tried bringing my account current, but Chase Home Finance refused to allow me to bring it current.
(They actually resold my home for an amount I could have paid off in full, and I've been paying rent that is the same amount as what my mortgage was)

The courts failed to inform me of about 6 months of court dates trying to steal the property on a default by not having me show up in court. I was told by a friend to check the online Court Docket to find out when I was scheduled.

Chase transferred my loan to another servicer, Seterus, that was out of the jurisdiction of the OCC to bypass the investigation of fraud they committed.

After I moved, (because it was clear they had no intention of allowing me to keep my home), the lawyers for Chase blocked the offer the lender gave me about doing a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure with a cash incentive. I hired a lawyer to complete that offer for $1500 and he quit once the offer was blocked and I lost another $1500.

They changed the locks on my home, WITHOUT a court order, and stole over $20,000 worth of personal property well before the foreclosure was completed.

My home was sold through a Sheriff Sale 4 months before the approval by the judge and 4 months before the foreclosure was complete.

The judge was clearly biased throughout the process and I even had a Court Recorder provide me with documentation that proved that the court was a foreclosure mill.

The lawyers for Chase kept stating that Chase had nothing to do with the loan after it was transferred to Fannie Mae, or was it IBM LBPS, or was it Seterus, or whoever they could think of to cause more confusion, but the Court Recorder gave me some documents that showed all the files went back to Chase at the end of the foreclosure.

The judge called me at my home using his cell phone trying to find out why so many complaints were being filed against him. (I was told that it is against the law for a judge to personally contact anyone that had cases in his court, but he did it anyway).

The lawyers, or someone, for Chase also did document tampering. My file after the foreclosure was completed had a lot of documents added to it that I never received in the beginning.    It is posted in the file viewing room as a Class 4 Felony for document tampering. Apparently that law doesn't apply to lawyers!

They did everything they could to steal the property because of the PRIVATE MORTGAGE INSURANCE. They weren't about to pass up on that easy profit! CNN News reported about that PMI scam a long time ago, but it was always kept quiet.

I requested from the judge the name for the insurance company for the PMI, but he wouldn't provide that information and said it was past the discovery phase. So that blocked me from contacting the insurance company to let them know what was going on.

I've tried many legal avenues to get this resolved, but none of them would get involved to stop the fraud and theft.

They don't have any record of a foreclosure happening against me or posted on my credit report, and I wasn't required to pay the deficiency amount. I was told that they came up with another law about it being an "In Rem" foreclosure which is against the property only.

So now I try to let everyone know (if they are required to carry PMI) to NOT waste money on trying to fight to save the property because they will win in stealing it. Delay it for as long as you can, but don't count on keeping it.

And now I receive a check from the IFR settlement for a lousy $800? That's just adding insult to injury at this point!

I have also heard that most of the Independent Foreclosure Review settlement went to pay the bankers that did the reviews at $12,500 each. So they received most of the settlement back that they paid out?

If anyone has any ideas on how to get the theft and damages resolved properly and legally, I'd like to hear them. Also if there is any Class-Action Suits being filed, please let me know.
